Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to find consumer reviews no matter what airline or route you plan on flying.
1. Go to our Airline Reviews index page:

http://www.edreams.net/flights/airline/ (if you’re in the US)
Not in the UK or US? You can find reviews on all of our 35 other international sites as well.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Airline Reviews” section. Here you’ll see the full list of airlines with the number of reviews for each one and the overall rating on a scale of 1-5.
3. Click on your airline of choice from the list and you’ll be brought to a dedicated page with a sampling of the latest passenger reviews for the airline’s routes.
4. Click on any of the airline routes, for example, London Gatwick to Nice, and you’ll be able to see more opinions about travelers who have recently flown that route as well as a comparison between all airlines for the cheapest flights available on that route.
